Recently, Baobian Electrical(BTW) Technology Department successfully developed an automatic equalization marking device for transformer end rings. Using this equipment, the accuracy of the paper circle can be increased from ± 3mm to ± 1mm, the production efficiency is increased by 35%, and the labor intensity of the operator is significantly reduced.

The end ring division work has always been performed by the operator squatting on the ground using a steel ruler to score lines. Due to the different grades of transformer products, the diameter of the paper ring has a large span and many equal scores, and there are countless types of paper ring specifications. On average, each product needs to divide 32 paper circles, and the operator keeps squatting on the ground for about 6-7 hours every day, which is very labor-intensive. Through intensive investigation and careful scientific demonstration, the technology department has selected the use of the principle of electric indexers and numerical control technology to develop a set of automatic equal scribe equipment with adjustable diameter. This device only requires the operator to place the paper ring on the device's workbench, and input the inside and outside diameter of the paper ring and the equal fraction through the touch screen man-machine interface, and the device will realize the automatic alignment of the end ring, automatic clamping, and automatic Equal division and automatic marking process.

The successful development of the end ring automatic equalization marking equipment has significantly reduced the labor intensity of the operator, improved the accuracy efficiency of division and effectively promoted the smooth progress of production.
