BTW Successfully Completed All Flexible DC Transformers for Kun-liu-long DC Project

Recently, the 14thflexible DC transformers contracted by BTW for the Kun-liu-long DC project successfully completed all the tests at Qinhuangdao Manufacture base. So far, all the flexible DC transformers contracted by BTW for this project were one-time test passed and submitted a satisfactory answer sheet to China Southern Power Grid Corporation.

During the manufacturing process, BTW took the opportunity to carry out the theme-focused education of "Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", promoted production with party building, led all party members, cadres and workers to overcome difficulties, and devoted themselves to product manufacturing. Before starting of production, it made technical communication, formulated detailed work plan, focused implementation of the plan, and increased efficiency of the implementation. Each production team held mobilization meetings, familiarized with drawings in advance, analyzed key and difficult links, and laid a solid foundation for product manufacturing. It made material requirement plan in advance, kept abreast of the material arrival situation, and did good job of material preparation to ensure smooth production links. The teams were connected to ensure that all tasks without delay and rush forward to gain valuable time for subsequent processes. Unity and cooperation between processes ensured timely and smooth information exchanging and ensured that all 14 products passed the test at one time.

At present, 6 units have been shipped to the converter station, and the remaining products are being delivered to the site one after another.
